well who knows what weather we may have on Friday but whatever it is we will still be there starting and finishing at the Novotel official starting time 6am and I am sure there will be a few doing the extra 5 ish loop before the 6am start.Route and distance which as always will be measured to the last metre will be announced from my rock but perhaps its time for a visit to beach.
cu all on Friday. I cant believe the number of runners we are having in the middle of Summer. all records have been broken so you can imagine what it will be like when we are in full marathon training in Nov Dec!!
