Final reminder anyone interested pse confirm by return email to get your name in the draw for the Peacock team challenge AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE STAYING FOR BREAKFAST

For those who want to join the above this Friday from the usual place opposite the Novotel can you pse let me know by email asap.

In addition I need to know who will be joining us for breakfast at the Novotel after the race. Have not obtained a price as yet but could be around Dhs70 to 80. And we will get the use of their showers.

Just a few addt notes:
1)      this is a “fun” team event comprising 3 members one of which will have to be a lady. Drawn at random so you wont know who your team members are until Friday and the slowest could be with the fastest runner in the club. You have to run as a team and cross the finish line together.
2)      Its open to all runners in Dubai and even those mountain goats from Mirdif are welcome but you wont be running as club teams.
3)      It will start at 6ish so we would like all to be there on time so that we can sort out the draw etc
4)      If you want to do a training run prior I suggest you do so around 5am
5)      We are probably going to have a peacock floating trophy with the winning team members each receiving a trophy
6)      Race director’s decision will be final and you have to time. No bribing Terry H

Please note that all runners are welcome to join us on our Friday runs irrespective of which club you may belong to. However, we will require you to sign the form prior to running with us. Not too fussed about attaching a photo but would be a nice to have on record.
