some gr8 times and personal best performances in Berlin for our runners and also Haile does it again
- Haile 2;3;59 world record
- Antonio 2;53;16 another pb I am sure (will this man ever stop getting pb's )
- marek 3;09;00 yet another pb by plenty
- John Y 3;23;05 which was just 2 mins short of his Boston pb
- Gigi 3;25.11 which is another pb i think by a few seconds
- Tanvir 5;36 ;55 once again another pb by lots
tremendous results well done to all our Dubai runners cheers cu Friday for those not going on holiday
